    Okay here is one you never see, it is the Giant Marx Fort Apache set put out by Sears in 1964.  First, let me say the set came from the original owner, but it is not complete.  You are getting everything that is pictured.  I have taken 45 pictures to capture as much as I can.  The building's front extension porch has some breaks or cracks near the top that can be seen in the photo.  Many of the figures are without their bases and again this can be seen in photos.  If you don't see it in the pictures then it is not with the set.  The box has some flap tears and some tape on the corners.  This is a playset that rarely ever comes up and if you have the pieces to complete it you can make yourself a very rare playset.  Please look at the pictures carefully as this set is being sold as-is with no returns.    You are buying what is listed in the title and pictured here.  I have taken numerous pictures of this item, and should you require more information please feel free to email me and I will do my best to answer any questions.  Because grading is subjective to each individual, it is important that you review all pictures closely.  If there is some damage or missing parts I will do my best to always mention what I see.  All items I offer are sold as-is,  as pictured, with no returns, so please look at the pictures ask questions and judge it for yourself.
