    THESE MOTORS ARE 8 FROM A DISTRIBUTOR
    These feature 3 precision sealed ball bearings. 2 on the armature and 1 on the output shaft for long life and smoother operation.
    These also have the upgrade--electrolytic copper/silver semi-precious metal brushes.(SEE PICTURES)
    Not the black carbon graphite brushes. These brushes last longer generate less black dust and have less electrical resistance. This motor also features a full metal gear train.
    This includes the first counter gear which is sometimes nylon.
    The stainless spur gear on the shaft is just an example of what can be attached to the shaft. It is not included.
    For sale are some very nice clean Pittman gear reduction motors. These were fully tested up to 24 V and work perfectly in both directions and are very smooth and quiet.
    THESE FEATURE THE FAMOUS PITTMAN LO-COG SKEWED ARMATURE FOR SMOOTH OPERATION AT LOWER SPEEDS. (SEE PICS)
    These come with the anodized aluminum mounting bracket. This is nice because they are real easy to mount to your work.
    The reduction ratio on this motor creates tons of torque. Even at 3 V DC I cannot stop the shaft by pinching it really hard. At 12-24 volts this is a real beast. Perfect for robot builders hobbyists or people that like to tinker with mechanical objects. Maybe somebody can use these to animate something on their model railroad layout etc.
