Pattern is uncut and package is clean and neat.
It does have a woman's name written in cursive writtng in the right corner.  See last picture.
This is an Annie, Too! pattern.  Fun clothes for a grown up Annie.
Misses blouse, skirt and vest.
From a non smoking home.
