Martha Stewart Gold Tone Pineapple Cocktail Shaker, Stainless Steel. The packaging (original) is a little rough and has the tiniest scuff spot on the front which may also be on the shaker itself.  Mine had the same thing and I just turned mine so it doesn't show.  This is a fully functional shaker but I use mine as decor.
