Filled with patterns to make full complete dresses or a front only (single layer) to applique or fuse flat on a fat quarter as pictured on the back cover. Patterns are sized to fit most American Girl Dolls and other 18" dolls.
Fabrics shown in this book are from the Grandma Minnie Collection by Clothworks in 2001.
