    Description

    Since July 2020, USPS changed the values can be purchased from SSK "Purchase Stamp" option to limited number of values, such as FCM at 55C, postcard at 35C and international at .20. USPS increased the price of additional ounce on 1/24/2021. There are 4 new values added on 1/24/2021 as following:
    20C: New rate for additional ounce
    36C: new rate for postcard
    75C: New rate for item between 1 and 2 oz
    .15: New rate for item between 3 and 4 oz
    All stamps printed shift left and touched pink bar at left. Interesting items.
