An original antique McLoughlin Bros New Pretty Village Boat House lithographed medium weight cardboard toy village set in its original box. The set includes multiple buildings including Friendship Boat House, Fire House, several residences etc. The group comes with another similar box which contains a number of diecuts of people, scenery, boats etc along with the tin clips for holding them upright. Condition - have some wear to the boxes and some spotting to the two paper landscape guides but buildings etc are all in really nice condition with bright unfaded colors. Item is completely fresh to the market from the estate of a old time collector.
