Warranty does not cover items that have been modified, damaged by abuse or usage not in accordance with design or maintenance. Betst, llc. obligation under this warranty is to repair or replace defective product upon approval by; Betst, llc., that Warranty Claim is Valid. Product shall be returned upon request of Betst, llc. Transportation charges to be prepaid by buyer. Gasoline or diesel engines used to powered Farmer Helper Machinery products are covered by the warranty of the appropriate engine manufacture and Purchaser must look to the engine manufacture for all issues relating to engine operation.
