Many questions have been asked about the condition of the boat based on the price.  The boat is solid. The boat is dry. The price is low due to late season pricing. It's dated (1980), but dry and solid. It's a fresh water Great Lakes cruiser stored 6 months at a time. It has been dry docked for 2 seasons. It needs to be used. It's a steal at this price.  Buy it now and sail it away next April, May or June.. sell it for more next spring... just buy it and help out a fellow sailor. I'll help you put it in and put the mast / sails up when you're ready to go. Have a flatbed trailer and a pick up truck? Haul it away on the cradle... just buy it..
