1969 Dodge Charger is a one-off fully custom build
, that has been “
Hellcat Swapped
” with a 717 horsepower 2015 Dodge Hellcat 6.2l V8, and all of the
modern-day technology
. Known to be “one of the first true Hellcat Swaps” commissioned by a high-profile client from Bumbera’s Performance of Sealy, TX in 2019. The only other Hellcat swaps at the time either had placed a '69 body onto a new hellcat frame or they just did the engine swap, minus the complete dash and tech.

It means that we took a complete Hellcat motor and transmission assembly along with the SRT dash and steering wheel complete with paddle shift controls and placed it inside of a 1969 Dodge Charger. Not only is everything in the car, but every component is also functional. After nearly a 6-month build, Bumbera’s Performance was able to truly do justice to what was already going to be a very controversial build. Finished in a beautiful Metallic Brown over Black Leather interior, featuring an original 1969 seats and door trims. The car also comes equipped with a built-in radar detector, a ,500 addition.

Unlike most 1969 examples, this car was built entirely with the intention to be driven.
Features from the ‘15 Dodge Hellcat include: push-button remote start, Hellcat “red speed key”, 8.4" touch screen, ice-cold air conditioning, and  an automatic transmission with paddle shifter. It really does have all of the comforts of a modern day Hellcat, but all wrapped in a 1969 shell.
