1939 registered (No. 6066) stamped card (10 centesimos)
from the Republic of Panama's "Correos Nacionales Servicio de Certificados" in Colon, Panama to Los Angeles, CA, USA.  It
appears
to be some sort of notification card.
It is postmarked with cancellations clearly reading April 14, 1939 (Colon, Panama), April 22, 1939 (New Orleans, LA Registered), April 27, 1939 (Los Angeles, CA Registered), and April 28, 1939 (Los Angeles, CA Registered).  The card is also
franked using one 2 centesimos Panamanian stamp.  It is an interesting item which is in nice condition.   It is a Very Fine piece ready to enhance any collection of U.S., Panamanian, or WWII-era postal history.
